Karen Ranquist in Chicago Agent Magazine for Charity Event!
Karen Ranquist of our Lincoln Park Clybourn Office was featured in Chicago Agent Magazine for her charitable efforts . Karen will be representing the real estate industry and walking the runway at a narrated fashion show to benefit Step Up Women’s Network, a non-profit organization that inspires professional women to inspire teen girls through after-school programs and mentorship. Libertyville Office Holds Recycle Event and Flower Sale!
Our Libertyville office held a document shredding and recycling event at their office on Saturday, May 9th. To reduce the risk of identity theft and fraud, members of the community brought their junk mail, cancelled checks, utility bills, credit cards, credit card statements and other materials to destroy on-site for recycling. The event was a free service to the community and guests also had the option to purchase a lovely spring bouquet at the event. Over 17 bins of documents were shredded and recycled! Kywana Ross of our Mag Mile office was recently mentioned in the March 2015 issue of RISMedia. RISMedia held a Reader Rewards Contest in which they asked readers which celebrity they would like to see in a Super Bowl Real Estate ad. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group held its annual agent awards celebration at The Field Museum last night. It was a wonderful opportunity to honor the outstanding accomplishments of 2014. Congratulations to all! Everyone was dressed in their best and enjoyed an afternoon and evening of great food, great fun and great company. Dancing to the Gentlemen of Leisure band was indeed the highlight of the evening. Our entire brokerage has been named #3 in the entire BHHS affiliate network, moving up from #7 last year! KoenigRubloff is also honored as the #1 BHHS brokerage in the Midwest. Jeff Lowe, of the Lowe Group at our Lincoln Park | Clark Street office, and Mario Greco, of The MG Group at our Lincoln Park | Clybourn office, both have been named among the Top 10 Teams in the network. Joanne Nemerovski, who is also at our Lincoln Park | Clark Street office, received the #1 Agent in the Region award, and The Lowe Group has been honored as the #1 Agent Team. Last, but certainly NOT least, Jeani Jernstedt accepted an award, as her Mag Mile team was named among the Top 10 offices in the country!

Glenview Team Gives Back!
Michael Mazzei and our Glenview team presented Habitat for Humanity with a donation this week. Proceeds are going towards the Habitat Service Learning Program, which helps provide engaging service programs to children at various stages throughout their schooling.
