The home is the highest priced detached single family home sold in the city of Chicago and state of Illinois in 2022. By making changes to the Scavenger Sales process, the Cook County Assessor’s office has made it easier for people to participate and have an opportunity to ultimately improve communities and build generational wealth. Rich Aronson, Team Leader of The AVE Group in the Michigan Avenue office, is participating in the construction and sale of a three-flat at 333 W. Garfield Boulevard that is expected to begin this spring and he’s hoping the buyer will live in the building.
