U.S. Ranked #1 Most Stable and Secure Countries for Real Estate Investment

According to a new survey taken among the members of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE), 95 percent of the respondents say they will maintain or increase their investment in the U.S. The U.S also maintains its #1 ranking as the Most Stable and Secure Country for Real Estate Investment and the Best Opportunity for Capital Appreciation. Five KoenigRubloff Agents on December Top Closing Lists

Congratulations to the KoenigRubloff agents on the December Top 10 Closings Lists published in Chicago Agent Magazine’s Real Data report. Tina Porterfield and Anna Fiascone finished the year with a top 10 closing in the single family homes category. In condo sales, Brad Lippitz and Jeff Lowe were among the top 10 for closings in December. Lowe also appeared in the top 10 for townhome sales, along with Sue Beanblossom who also finished in the top 10 for townhome closings.
