Mario Greco Quoted in the New York Times

Mario Greco, Founder of the MG Group in the Lincoln Park Clybourn office, was quoted in the New York Times in an article about how to find the perfect vacant lot. In the story, he advises not to make assumptions about what can be done with the land and stressed the importance of checking zoning. CEO Diane Glass Quoted in Crain’s About Lasting Impact of Pandemic on Chicago Businesses

In a Crain’s Chicago Business article about how Chicago businesses may have been changed forever as a result of the pandemic, BHHS Chicago CEO Diane Glass was quoted about the impact on residential real estate. She pointed out that because of remote working, people are not as tethered to a specific area anymore and living close to work is less of a priority for buyers.
