Michigan Avenue office’s Robert Sullivan is the listing agent for the Hyde Park home owned by Emily Barr, who ran ABC 7 and later the Graham Media group, and her husband Scott Kane. The couple commissioned the home from Scott Rappe of Kuklinski + Rappe Architects. The five bedroom, 6,100-square-feet residence is set on an oversize lot and is listed for $2.75 million. BHHS Chicago Posted the Biggest Increase in Sales Among Top 5 Brokerages in 2021

Diane Glass was quoted in Crain’s annual wrap up of the top five Chicago real estate brokerages. The brokerage with the biggest increase in sales volume was BHHS Chicago whose sales grew by nearly 28%. Glass said, “Last year, we unveiled our new Move Confidently anthem. The advertising message that real estate is a ‘change your life thing’ resonated with consumers.
