Keith Goad’s Historic Andersonville Greystone Featured in Crain’s Before It Hits the Market

Michigan Avenue’s Keith Goad was recently featured in Crain’s Before it Hits the Market for his upcoming listing at 1430 W. Berwyn Avenue in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago. Designed by architect George Pfeiffer, who was known for his work on the World’s Columbian Exposition in 1893, the three-flat greystone was built in 1904 for Christian Christensen.
