KoenigRubloff Honored as #3 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Brokerage in Nation and #1 in Midwest!

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices held its annual awards ceremony today, at the 2015 Convention in Las Vegas. The theme of this year’s event is #REvolution, and we are thrilled to see KoenigRubloff being honored in several categories!

Our entire brokerage has been named #3 in the entire BHHS affiliate network, moving up from #7 last year!  KoenigRubloff is also honored as the #1 BHHS brokerage in the Midwest.  Jeff Lowe, of the Lowe Group at our Lincoln Park | Clark Street office, and Mario Greco, of The MG Group at our Lincoln Park | Clybourn office, both have been named among the Top 10 Teams in the network. Joanne Nemerovski, who is also at our Lincoln Park | Clark Street office, received the #1 Agent in the Region award, and The Lowe Group has been honored as the #1 Agent Team. Last, but certainly NOT least, Jeani Jernstedt accepted an award, as her Mag Mile team was named among the Top 10 offices in the country!

We are so proud our KoenigRubloff agents, teams, and offices continue to strongly represent among all of the BHHS affiliates. We are grateful for the knowledge and commitment everyone brings to their jobs each day. Yet another reason KoenigRubloff continues to be on top!

Elmhurst’s 19th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade!

OSt. Pat's Day Parade Elmhurstur Elmhurst office showed off its community pride in the 19th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade this past Saturday. The Elmhurst parade is known as the 2nd largest in the Chicagoland area and this year’s Grand Marshall was Governor Bruce Rauner. Agents, staff and families volunteered, walking along our KoenigRubloff float, handing out over 1200 frisbees!  Each had an entry form to a drawing for a child’s play house.
