On June 20th, the Libertyville office received first place honors for their Festival of Heroes parade float in the Libertyville Days parade. Tens of thousands of people lined the streets to see the floats, marching bands and tumblers. The office’s Superman themed float was complete with a red phone booth. Managing broker Michael Dean played Superman, agent Kathryn Freese played Lois Lane and agents marched in “Realtor” capes. Banners took famous lines from the movie and added a Realtor spin:
• Selling Homes faster than the Speeding Bullet
• Able to List Homes in a Single Bound
• Agents of Steel
• Always bringing you Truth, Justice, and the American Way
• Taking you Beyond your Expectations
The office also sponsored the Libertyville Days Beer Tent and 15 brokers served the community.
Our Elmhurst office showed off its community pride in the 19th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade this past Saturday. The Elmhurst parade is known as the 2nd largest in the Chicagoland area and this year’s Grand Marshall was Governor Bruce Rauner. Agents, staff and families volunteered, walking along our KoenigRubloff float, handing out over 1200 frisbees! Each had an entry form to a drawing for a child’s play house. We are thankful for the wonderful visibility this annual event provides and proud of the team for taking part! To view more photos, please click here. Many thanks to everyone who participated.
It was a beautiful weekend for Libertyville Days 2014! The annual event took place June 12 – 15, and included a parade featuring our very own KoenigRubloff Libertyville team (as well as a special appearance by Dorothy of the Wizard of Oz)! Thanks to everyone who volunteered. This is great exposure for the company and we love being a part of the community presence in Lake County! Please click here to view more photos.
