Mona Hellinga of our Lake Forest office has been mentioned in both Crain’s Chicago Business and the Daily North Shore for her historic Lake Forest listing. The French Renaissance-style home, at 89 E. Deerpath Road in Lake Forest, was built by Edward Bennett, who also designed Buckingham Fountain and the Michigan Avenue bridge in Chicago. The main house has eight bedrooms and seven-full and two-half bathrooms. The grounds include the main house, a coach house, and an artist’s studio.
