Mies van der Rohe’s Promontory Apartments is the subject of a new story in Chicago Magazine, mentioning the Mag Mile’s Karen Winters and Michelle Browne. The agents are co-listing several units the Hyde Park building, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. Located at 5532 South Shore Drive, The Promontory was one of the first in the world to feature exposed construction materials like steel beams and structural columns.
