Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices was honored with the Gold Stevie Award as 2014’s “Startup of the Year” from the American Business Awards.  The event, now in its 12th year, presented Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices President Stephen Phillips with the award on Friday, June 13th during a ceremony at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel.  There were more than 3,000 nominations in various categories.  Judging was done by 240 executives worldwide.  KoenigRubloff is thrilled to be included and wants to thank each of its agents and staff for being a part of the brand’s growth!  To read more, please click here.

Two Magnificent Companies Become One!

Last night, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty group gathered inside Navy Pier’s Grand Ballroom for a spectacular awards ceremony and brand launch. The awards honored the 2013 achievements of brokers from the two, now merged organizations. Nancy Nagy, Michael Pierson and Chris Eigel were joined by Ron Peltier, Chairman and CEO of HomeServices of America and Stephen Phillips, Chief Operating Officer of HSF Affiliates.

The ceremony was followed by cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. The presentation and festivities have been captured in some great photos. To view the album, please click here.
