In a Crain’s Chicago Business story about the Top 50 most expensive home sales in the Chicago-area, Mona Hellinga of the Lake Forest office was quoted. Mona and Janet Owen, of the Michigan Avenue office, both had top sales in 2022 that made the list – Mona for her listing on North Mayflower in Lake Forest that closed for $12.93 and Janet for her listing on North Orchard Street in Chicago that closed for $8.65.
