Thomas OConnor’s Beverly Listing Featured as a Chicago Tribune Dream Home

Evergreen Park broker Thomas OConnor was mentioned in the Chicago Tribune for his listing at 2122 W. Hopkins Place, which was featured as a Dream Home. Architect James Roy Allen was commissioned to design the home for George W Reed, Vice President of Peabody Coal Company. Later, it was owned and occupied by The Columban Fathers. The 7,858-square-foot home has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, old word craftsmanship, arched windows and doorways, a marble foyer, extensive wrought iron work by noted blacksmith Samuel Yellen, plaster ceiling and mounding.
