David Zwarycz and Shay Hata of Lincoln Park’s Buy Sell Love Chicago Group Represent Buyers of Home that Survived the Great Chicago Fire

David Zwarycz and Shay Hata of the Buy Sell Love Chicago group in the Lincoln Park Clybourn office represented the buyers of 2121 N. Hudson Avenue in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. The four bedroom, four bathroom Italianate-style home on an oversized lot was purchased for $2,250,000. Prominent architect W.W. Boyington designed the home and it was built in the late 1860s. A plaque at the property tells the story, “This is Policeman Bellinger’s Cottage, saved by his heroic efforts from The Chicago Fire, October 1871”. Click here to read the story.
