Michigan Avenue’s Keith Goad just listed the Andersonville “Castle on Berwyn” and it’s already being featured in the news. The stately residence at 1430 W. Berwyn was designed by architect George Pfeiffer, of World Columbian Exposition fame, for Christian Christensen. The 7 bedroom home is currently divided into three apartments and is surrounded by greenery and a 100-year-old Elm tree. A neighborhood icon, the home has been in the same family for four decades.
