Shirley Walker of the Michigan Avenue office was featured in Chicago magazine for her historic listing at 5001 S. Greenwood in the Hyde Park/South Kenwood neighborhood. The home was designed by Benjamin Marshall and built in 1899 for D. F. Bremner, founder of the D. F. Bremner Baking Company. The Colonial mansion has more than 11,000-square-feet and features many of the original architectural details including high ceilings, mahogany molding and paneling, wainscoting, ornate plaster ceilings and more.
