Both Chris Downey and Marion Powers, of our Winnetka office, are quoted in Crain’s ChicagoRealEstateDaily.com! The story highlights the hoops some sellers will go through to make their older properties more attractive, especially as the demand for new construction increases. The article features one Sheridan Road homeowner who intends to tear down his 1920s mansion to entice buyers to invest in his 1.9-acres of prime, lakefront living.
